Mike Huggler begins his sixth season as the Lady Hornets head coach.
 The Broome Community College women's basketball program has grown to be one of the most competitive teams in Region III--producing two NJCAA All-Americans, two Region III MVP's, two Conference MVP's and many other players named to All-Region and All-Conference teams in the past five years.
The Lady Hornets are members of the highly competitive Mid-State Athletic Conference and have qualified for post-season play four of the last five years while averaging 18 wins per season and winning the MSAC regular season championship in 2005. The women's basketball team works hard both in the classroom and on the court.
