I did not intend to provide a question for each topic. There would not be time to review that many questions in a single class and you already have more than enough problems and examples to study. Thus, you will not find anything on shafts or the generalized Hooke's Law below. But the questions below will give you some idea of the level of the exam problems. You will have some "plug-in" problems like #1, but you will have others that will require analysis, like problems 2 and 3.
