As you begin researching for a JavaScript example in next week's assignment, you'll be using NOTEPAD to create the web page containing the example. Both Word and Netscape's Composer MANGLE part of a JavaScript sequence making it non-functional. So we DON'T use Word or Composer for this.

Do a View, Source on this page to see what it takes to make these crosshairs. Find the two sections 'head' and 'body'. Look for 'head' and the ending '/head'. Do the same with the 'body' tag.

In the next assignment, you'll find a JavaScript example and use NOTEPAD to cut and paste it together. In NOTEPAD, save the file with a .html extension. Notepad will allow that.
