Equipment Delivery Service
Media Services will deliver any piece of equipment from the list below to any room on campus:
- TV/VCR
- Data Projectors
- Overhead Projectors
- Slide Projectors
- 16mm Films
- 16mm Film Projectors
- Opaque Projectors
- Projector Screens
- Sound Equipment/Recorder
How to Request Equipment Delivery
- Review our Media Services Guidelines
- Make your request at least 24 hours prior to the time you need it
- Complete the Equipment Delivery Request Form. Call 778-5004 to confirm all requests. Be sure to include:
- Your name
- Equipment needed
- Day, date, and time class begins and ends
- Your phone number, building, and room number
Equipment Pick-Up Service
The following equipment is available for faculty pick up:
- Any of the equipment listed above for delivery service
- Laptop computers
- Digital Recorders
- Wireless Presenters
